Over the years, we’ve used a variety of airport transportation services for our large family. Most have been just okay—good enough to get the job done, but never remarkable enough to write a review. That changed with Limitless Limo.

Our recent trip was plagued with airline delays and last-minute changes, but Steve, our driver, was absolutely incredible. He stayed in constant communication, providing updates and reassurance throughout the chaos—honestly, at times it felt like he knew more than the airline! His calm, professional, and proactive approach made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.

When we finally landed and made our way to baggage claim, exhausted and frustrated, there was Steve—waiting with a warm smile, ready to welcome us home. It’s hard to put into words how comforting and appreciated that moment was. Steve went above and beyond, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for him and Limitless Limo. From now on, they’re the only transportation service we’ll be using. Fantastic job all around!

Our driver was Steve French and he was delightful. He took pictures and created them into adorable cartoons that we all loved. He provided us with Disney ears since we were going to a Disney concert and went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we needed.

My granddaughters were thrilled with their first limo ride, and I was pleased with the overall cleanliness of the limo. It is obvious that these are well taken care of vehicles!

We took Limitless Limo from Powell to a Dave Chappell show in Yellow Springs. Best experience ever!!
